Empire Built is a health coaching business owned by Sean and Shea Fayard. Both are competitive bodybuilders and powerlifters.

Sean finds his calm in the process of a bodybuilding prep. If anyone can teach you about creating a routine and using it for personal growth it's him. He also loves doing deep dives into programming. Building a plan custom to each client is how he fills his spare time.
In 2023, Shea received the title of world class powerlifter in the 65kg weight class. She was also recognized as one of the "100 Successful Women to Know" By Gulf Coast Woman Magazine. In November of 2023 Shea will be competing at the world powerlifting Championships in Eugene, Oregon. Shea enjoys anything and everything nutrition related!
Our mission is to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized weight training and nutrition plans, as well as mindfulness and self-improvement techniques. We believe that a holistic approach to health and fitness is the key to long-term success.
